Ability to create temporary passwords for members

Forgive me if this is similar to any previous posts, but I'd love the ability to be able to create temporary passwords for new users. I've run into the issue many times where members say they never received their magic link email and can't seem to log in. My workaround to this has been to impersonate their account, create a password for them, and then send them their "new" login info via email. But the problem is that in doing so, I have to skip over all the account setup details. So it'd be handy if there was a button somewhere to autogenerate a password.Not sure if there's a better way for this. I guess it just really comes down to the users actually getting the emails in the first place.

Select folders to hide content as references in searchie Wisdom bots/

Basically I want to train my bot on X, Y, and Z folders, but only show references for content in folders X & Y. Because folder Z might be "One on One Calls", for example. I want to train my bot on that content but NOT provide those videos as reference for privacy purposes.Showing references (with timestamps!) is one of the most amazing and unique things that Searchie wisdom does, so investing in more control on this seems really important.As a UX designer, here's my 3 minute mock up. Obviously needs some labeling, but it could be as simple as this. Letting me say "train bot on all of this stuff but don't show the end user QandA videos as references!" would be game-changing. I just need that more granular control!

Import document type files from apps that store them (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

As a user, I want my document files to import when I connect to services that store documents like Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc. That way, I can easily import any PDFs or other documents I am storing elsewhere so they can be used as attachments and as content in my program on Searchie.

Ability to search for a file when adding to Hub playlist

Right now it's required that you know which folder a file is in to be able to find it when adding to a hub playlist. I have several files that could go into several folders but I'm forced to choose one and then can't always remember which folder to look in. I'd like to be able to search all folders for the video.

Transcript - Make "Find" case-sensitive and show number of occurrences

Make 'Find' capital sensitive: Case: Want to replace 'Halley's comet' with 'Halley's Comet' and it finds returns those already with uppercase. Find Next: it would be fabulous to see this option!I often use the browser search (ctrl-F) in combination with the searchie transcript 'Find' but it is a little clumsy.Replace All: I am hesitant about using replace all when I am wanting to decapitalise words because it will also change the first word of the sentence. Another reason for having a 'Find Next' button.Show the number of occurrences: eg as seen in a browser find popup 1/12This would really help speed up the transcription review process.

Show document links in attachments folder when in 'Folder view'

When I attach a URL link to A) text, or B) to a playlist, they don't show up in the attachments folder when I select the folder from the sidebar - they only show up when using the Filter. In the case above I linked the same dropbox shortcut. I only see when filtering for the 'Attachments' folder. Both show as a *.zip but one has the name I assigned it when attaching to the playlist.

Wisdom: control formatting of all answers to be more Tip like/concise

Be able to add "on backend" custom formatting directions that apply to all users questions (for my Wisdom only) because right NOW the Wisdom output is a wall of text.See: WALL OF TEXT:AFTER: Concise and perfect -> if have formatting directionsThese formatting directions would apply to all questions on my Wisdom (but be on backend so users don't see them) "formatted as tips with bullets, maximum of 150 words, end with statement "see relevant videos below"This makes the Wisdom output much more user friendly, professional and allows us to make more of a 'product' out of our content. Happy to answer all questions.I hope to use Wisdom as an access point to my short How To videos on presentation skills for professionals. The responses need to be more Tips Like and concise.Many thanks!Marsha

Video Player Keyboard Shortcuts (Space to pause)

I have already been asked by many of my membership for keyboard shortcuts to be added to the video player to work like they do in YouTube: Space to toggle pausing on and off, to go back a frame (<). to go forward a frame (>)My tutorials do require constant pausing and resuming to follow along so that first one is really a deal breaker for a lot of members, and a requirement for accessibility.

Ability for Audience to see Hub Playlists a Video belongs to in Wisdom References

When the audience searches or gets a reference in Wisdom, they cannot see what playlists that video belongs to or what video might come next in the playlist. For example, I am using playlists to group course videos together. If an audience finds a video in a course through Search or Wisdom, it would be nice for them to be able to click to playlists and realize this video is a part of Course X and then go to course X page playlist page or be able to watch next in Course X playlist.

Player Card - Add Design elements

It would be nice to be able to:~ Change the background colour so that it stands out - (when viewed on wide screen the text is tiny, off in the corner, black on black, and is too easily missed) ~ Change the font size, bold, underline (same as paragraph options)These interactive 'cards' that we can add to show information briefly during a video are a great new feature!
