Add Video Playback Controls in PIP

When in PIP, there is no way to skip the video back... It's almost vital to be able to at least skip back by 5, 10 seconds so when they pause the video to work on something they can then go back over that last bit. I'd prefer them to have the option of the full timeline too, but for both the main player and PIP player skip back forward by 5 / 10 seconds would be awesome - especially if it could be done with the keyboard too (left right arrows) or double tab left right edge of video. This has been highly requested by MANY of my members
